Welcome back to Term 2!
As you may have noticed, that after many hours of planning and consultation with the Department of Education, Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA) and their appointed Architects and consultants, we are taking initial steps forward on our upcoming Capital Works Project. Here is an update on the Portable Relocation Phase #1 works.
We are excited to report that the first phase of the project is currently underway, with major Portable Relocation works being completed during the recent school holiday term break. These rooms will also receive a minor refurbishment and will be ready to re-occupy in the next few weeks.
This initial phase is an important part of the project, helping to facilitate future works within the school as well as result in the future redevelopment of the whole sustainability area.
The Capital Works project is managed by the VSBA and is currently out to Construction Tender. We will be able to provide further details on the overall project once the tender process has been finalised and further direction and information is received from the Department and VSBA.
