On Friday 18th August our school took a UNITED stand against bullying and violence by participating in the National Day of Action Against Bullying and Violence 2023. Our students and staff had a fun-filled day dressing up as their superhero, instilling the importance of being an UPSTANDER! In the classrooms our teachers facilitated important lessons, discussions and activities. Some year levels joined an online webinar ‘ Be an eSafe kid – Take action against online bullying’ by the eSafety Commissioner with 100’s of other schools around our nation.

If you or anyone you know requires support, there are free telephone and online support for children and parents. Some of these include: Bullying No Way, kidshelpline, eSafety, The Resilience Project- TRP @ HOME
