As in the past 4 years, this exchange provided our students with life-changing experience they will never forget. Educational, cultural and linguistic challenges accepted, and children showed maturity and resilience beyond their years. With respect being one of the hallmarks of Japanese culture, our children meshed seamlessly, showing wonderful manners and impeccable behaviour. They were excellent ambassadors not only for the school but for Australia. As teachers, we were very proud of them. I would like to thank my fellow teachers on tour, Sumiko Sensei and Rob Martin, who gave up their holidays to work 24/7 for 16 days to care for 14 students. (Mami Sensei)
