Children in years 3 – 6 dressed in red, yellow, green and blue filed into McKinnon Reserve to participate in the House Cross Country to represent their house; Gould, Cuthbert, Landy or Fraser. A small sprinkle of rain in the morning did not deter the eager participants having a go at the 100m, high jump, discus, shot put, long jump and hurdles. Back at school the triple jump was run and after the tallying up of all the scores, Landy was this year’s House Shield Winner. Well done to all the teachers involved on a terrific day.
