Mr Alston and Mr Beaumont on the 15th November set off on their Byron2Byron bike ride from Byron St in Elwood to Byron Bay. They are cycling 1820km to raise funds and awareness for the White Ribbon Foundation – a primary prevention organisation who work at reducing violence at home and in the community. Thank you to all the children who supported by donating to this cause. Thank you to Phil Cleary, a long-time advocate for the prevention of domestic violence, for sending off the Byron2Byron riders this morning. OSPS held a dress up day to raise funds and raised over $1600. Mr Alston and Mr Beaumont organised a Trivia Night that raised over $5200 which was attended by many staff and OSPS parents. Thank you so much for the support towards White Ribbon!
