PRINCIPAL’S REPORT
Welcome back everyone.
It certainly was welcome news to hear that our children can once again resume classes at school. At this stage we cannot have any parents onsite, however, as soon as we confirm that parents can return, we will let you know.
Please make sure you continue to read the Operoos from the school as they will contain the most up to date information on restrictions as we receive them from the department. The Operoos will cover the latest news, changes and happenings at the school as well.
Once again, thank you for your continued support as we tackle this ongoing pandemic and its implications.
Enjoy the rest of your week, remote learning free!

YEAR 6 BUSINESS EXPO

YEAR 6 BUSINESS EXPO
As part of the Year 6 Business and Economics unit of work, Year 6 students are participating in a Business Expo this Friday July 30th during sessions 3 and 4. In small groups students have created their own business and will sell their product/service at the Expo. With the uncertainty around COVID restrictions, students were asked not to include the selling of food which resulted in a necessity to be quite creative with their business ideas.
Each group has created a basic business website promoting their business complete with mission statement, advertisement, profile of business partners and costings. Completing this project during lockdown hasn’t been easy but all the students rose to the challenge and must be commended on their efforts.
A reminder that unfortunately no parents are to attend the Business Expo onsite.
